Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade - What It Is

Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

That last detail tells you something. It says the founder has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that is a few months old, that range is broad.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. cBot support. Many people find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is available for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not for the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The speed is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Here is the part that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, they top up your balance. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
